SUMMARY:
The BDM directly generates revenue by selling products and services to new and current users within an assigned territory through direct, face-to-face contact. Work from home position, candidate must be located in Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge region or within driving distance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells products/services to new and/or current customers in an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives:
  • Contacts and visits prospective customers to determine product/services needs and performs sales presentations to match company's products with identified needs.
  • Sells products through face-to-face contact.
  • Remains knowledgeable of company's products to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.

May assist sales and sales support representatives as needed.
Build strong relationships with a portfolio of bank partners effectively resulting in referral business to Chase Paymentech

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management in lieu of degree.
  • Requires one to two years of outside sales experience. Industry experience is preferred.
  • Good selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Paymentech's products and pricing practices.
  • This position services the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge/ region and will require up to 50% travel.
