We don’t just manage waste; we rethink how industry handles it.
At Pure Environmental we’re building world-class facilities, meeting the highest of industry standards, for the energy and industrial sectors. From geothermal waste cavern facilities to engineered landfills, our work supports operations across the full lifecycle—from exploration to end of life.
Who We Are
We’re a team built on experience, but we don’t just operate on the status-quo.
We’ve spent decades in environmental and energy services, and we’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t). That’s why we do things simply, safely, and properly, with a strong focus on innovation and critical thinking.
We operate in markets that are often underserved, where dependable infrastructure is critical. Our facilities are designed to provide the systems and support these markets actually need, not just check boxes.
At Pure, our employees take ownership. We look out for each other, and we take pride in running clean, compliant, and well-managed operations.
If you like straightforward work, a strong team, and a place where your judgment is trusted, you’ll fit in well.
Our Values
How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Our values shape our culture and guide our decisions:
· Building Empowered Leaders We encourage ownership, initiative, and leadership at every level.
· Integrity We act with honesty, accountability, and do what’s right.
· Growth & Innovation We stay curious, continuously improve, and embrace new ideas.
· Open & Honest Communication We value transparency, direct feedback, and respectful dialogue.
Good projects don’t stay on track by accident.
They stay on track because someone is paying attention to the details, including progress, costs, timelines, and asking questions when something doesn’t line up.
At the same time, safe and reliable facilities don’t just happen. They depend on strong engineering, continuous improvement, and people who understand how systems perform in the real world.
That’s where you come in.
As the EIT, Project Controls, you’ll play a key role in both the execution and performance of our projects and facilities. You’ll support the Operations and Engineering teams by contributing to program management and engineering activities that expand facility capacity, improve asset reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role offers exposure to the full project and asset lifecycle from early development and design through construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations.
What you’ll do

- Compile, organize, and analyze project and operational data for reporting and decision making
- Support development and maintenance of project and asset management programs, including Management of Change (MOC), procurement, integrity management, and engineering document control
- Perform data trending and analysis to identify optimization opportunities across projects and facilities
- Assist with maintenance and reliability improvements of facility systems.
- Work closely with the field team and provide continuous and prompt engineering support on daily operations and plant maintenance programs. Lead troubleshooting effort and create adequate and efficient solutions to promote optimized operating environments.
- Contribute to small to medium-complexity projects through all phases, including concept development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up
- Support corporate reporting on KPIs, and new development status
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HSE, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure alignment and accurate information flow
- Liaise with external engineering firms, contractors, and technology providers to support project and operational objectives.
