About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, detailoriented Large Format ImagingFinishing Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare customersupplied print files, operate largeformat equipment, and ensure all projects meet the specifications outlined in the work order.
You thrive on seeing digital files come to life on a wide range of substrates - from cardstock and paper to foam board, vinyl, and specialty materials. You have a sharp eye for quality and enjoy handson production work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problemsolving, and collaborating with a supportive team, while also having opportunities for skill development and career growth. Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail is essential. A selfstarting mindset and strong cando attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and preflight existing customer files for digital and largeformat printing

Design, create, enhance files for production

Operate largeformat printers and finishing equipment

Follow workorder specifications to complete jobs accurately and on time

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Mount, trim, laminate, and finish and package printed materials

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and highquality output
Required SkillsExperience

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator)

Experience with preflight processes for digital print files
Additional Assets (Nice to Have)

Experience with Onyx RIP software

Operation of vinyl cutters (Summa, Graphtec)

Operation of graphic plotters (HP 570, 800, 830)

Operation of flatbed or hybrid printers (R2000)

Experience with mounting equipment and handfinishing tools

Lamination experience

Laser cutter setup, operation, and maintenance

Custom cutting and routing (Kongsberg, Znd)

Light fabrication experience (general or specialized)
