What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
- Manage and convert high-volume internet sales leads
- Work closely with management to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Confidently present vehicles, pricing, and payment options
- Address and overcome customer objections with professionalism
- Close deals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay current with product knowledge and ongoing sales training

What We’re Looking For
- Previous new or used vehicle sales experience preferred (not required)
- Experience handling high-volume internet leads is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence explaining pricing and payment options
- Proven ability to overcome objections
- A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
