We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals in Canada to join our remote sales team and help expand our premium presentation folder programs across North America. This is a fully remote appointment-setting role focused on building relationships, identifying qualified prospects, and consistently booking high-quality appointments for our Project Managers.
Our programs serve industries including real estate brokerages, bridal boutiques, mortgage and insurance professionals, home service businesses, and local community partners. These are not generic advertising products—they are designed to build long-term referral partnerships and strengthen premium brand positioning for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and messaging
- Book and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Provide clear and detailed appointment notes to ensure smooth handoffs to Project Managers
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure high-quality customer experiences
- Meet and exceed daily appointment-setting targets through consistent outreach and disciplined activity
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach approach to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations positive and professional
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong computer skills and ability to use tools such as CRM systems, Zoom, and Office 365
- Reliable home setup including computer, stable internet, and phone access
- Strong work ethic and consistency in hitting daily activity expectations (minimum 8 appointments per day target expectation)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Experience working in a remote sales or high-volume outreach environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $30,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
