Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to remove dirt, stains, and debris from vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to supervisors or customers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally
- Assist with vehicle movement within the lot or service area as required
Skills
- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every vehicle meets quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
