Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join Dinh Wellness Ottawa. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being for our clients. As our clinic is known for Traditional Eastern techniques such as fire cupping, tui na, gua sha/graston techniques, A.R.T (Active Release Technique), acupuncture and Thai Massage, additional training in these areas is an asset. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ health while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage or spa treatments.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend appropriate treatments or self-care routines.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with licensing regulations and best practices.
- Foster excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist Certification (QC or ON) are accepted.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
- Prior experience in a therapeutic or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00-$120.00 per hour
