Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, creative and detail-oriented Bath & Kitchen Designer / Sales to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, provides quotes, assesses customers needs and completes sales all while helping customers realize their dream bath kitchens.
Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and budget.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, cabinetry, fixtures, and material selections using design software such as 2020 Design and CAD.
- Create visual presentations using design software, sketches, and digital renderings to communicate ideas effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design, materials, and technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Responsible for excellent customer service and follow-up on full-cycle of order from meeting the client to installation
- Provide accurate price estimates and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent follow-up and ability to close a sale and create a positive customer experience
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Skills
- Experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or related fields (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and building materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing kitchen and bath designs is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,690.00-$95,410.56 per year

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
