Overview
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist to join our strong multidisciplinary team that is committed to providing evidence based, collaborative and comprehensive treatment to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, family members, and/or partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, parent, family and group therapy sessions and phone coaching for children, adolescents and parents.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various psychological issues, including DBT, CBT, and/or EFT.
- Collaborate with Broadview team members, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary DBT team meetings, trainings and supervision/consultation to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Provide some clinical services outside of regular working hours (e.g. evenings/ Saturday) to increase accessibility of treatment to clients of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, or Social Work
- Registration with the CPBAO, CRPO or OCSW (or in the process of becoming registered)
- Experience in providing individual and group DBT and phone coaching to clients and their family members.
- Strong case conceptualization and treatment skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and research in the field of psychology/psychotherapy.
Pay: $50.00-$90.00 per hour
