Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in active sales techniques to promote products, upsell, and meet sales targets
- Provide bilingual support by communicating fluently in Spanish and English with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as promoting special offers or new product launches
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to create a positive shopping experience
Skills
- Proven food service experience or familiarity with retail environments is a plus
- Strong marketing skills to effectively promote products and services
- Experience conducting product demos and explaining features confidently
- Excellent sales abilities with a focus on customer engagement and closing deals
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills, including public speaking when needed to present products or information confidently
