Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely during service procedures
- Provide explanation and recommendation for repairs or replacement of tires
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Take ownership of your repairs and strive to ensure all necessary components are completed to ensure customer satisfaction and zero return-defects
- Keep detailed records of services performed for each vehicle to ensure quality control
Skills
- Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling tires and related equipment
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and sales techniques is a plus
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and tire technology
- Reliable work ethic with a proactive approach to learning new skills
