Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to restaurant standards
- Cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with plating dishes for service
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods, including serving and food service tasks
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations within the food industry is advantageous

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
