About Us
We are a high-volume, premier auto body collision center in Hamilton dedicated to flawless repairs and exceptional customer experiences. We take pride in our operational excellence, and the premium quality of work we deliver to our community. We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a unique, dual-faceted role: CSR and Automotive Detailer.

This role is the pulse of our shop's front-end and final presentation. You will split your time between providing elite customer service at the front counter and ensuring every repaired vehicle is meticulously detailed and showroom-ready for client delivery.
If you are a organized professional who loves cars, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a sharp eye for perfection, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Customer Service (CSR):

- Assist with initial check-ins, open repair orders, and maintain organized digital customer files.
- Coordinate with insurance partners and update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Process payments and handle final paperwork during vehicle pickup.
Automotive Detailing & Quality Control:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing on completed collision repair vehicles (washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface wiping).
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure no compound residue, dust, or shop debris is left behind.
- Act as the final line of defense for quality control, reporting any minor imperfections to the production team before delivery.
- Stage completed vehicles cleanly and professionally for customer pickup.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office administration is required. Prior experience in automotive detailing or a collision center environment is a major asset.
- The Buffing & Polishing Edge (Bonus): Experience with power buffers, paint correction, or wet sanding is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong multi-tasking abilities; able to smoothly switch from computer work to physical, hands-on detailing.
- License: Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to move vehicles safely on the lot).

A supportive, professional team culture with opportunities for career growth within the automotive industry
