Speech Hub is growing! We are currently hiring a passionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team to provide in-home, daycare/school based therapy and virtual therapy services across the Greater Toronto Area.
Compensation:
- $115 per 45-minute session
- $130 per 60-minute session/assessments
Workload:
- Full-time therapists can expect to manage approximately 20-30 clients per week
- part-time therapists can expect to manage approximately 10-15 clients per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to children in either homes, daycares, or schools.
- Provide speech and language therapy to adults via virtual platforms or in person.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress.
- Invoice and charge clients after each therapy session.
Requirements:
- MUST have Masters in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited University.
- MUST BE registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Preferred to have Mentorship period already completed
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Preferred to be open to take on adults clients.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be responsible, reliable and have effective time management skills.
