Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and POS operations
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends (Saturdays)
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
