Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule vehicle estimates, repairs, and customer appointments.
- Open, update, and close repair orders.
- Assist with insurance claims and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians, estimators, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Order office supplies and assist with general administrative duties.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (automotive or collision experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
