- Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and supervise warehouse operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and provide timely alerts/warnings for anomalies.
- External Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including clients and suppliers, to ensure smooth logistics.
- Issue Resolution: Handle exceptions and anomalies, such as damaged goods, missing items, and customer returns.
- Safety Management: Responsible for warehouse safety management; develop and enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Team Leadership & Management: Evaluate and manage team performance, and participate in recruitment and training.
- Task Allocation: Efficiently assign work tasks to team members to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Team Culture: Cultivate a positive working environment to motivate and inspire team members.
