Key Accountabilities:
Conducts primary and secondary research to identify opportunities, trends, and new emerging risks that may impact current/future strategy and business plan; analyzes results, evaluates alternatives against the organization’s business objectives to present business recommendations to executive and senior management.
Conducts market& member data analysis and provides insights for organizational initiatives, including innovation initiatives, business case development, organization-wide analytics and ad-hoc member analysis.
Conducts strategic research including environmental scanning and competitive intelligence; develops detailed reports and analysis around competitive landscape for presentation to management.
Develops relevant strategic segmentation frameworks for corporate, divisional and departmental execution and recommends the plan for operationalizing strategic segmentation; works with regional leaders to refine and translate segmentation in each market.
Supports the development and implementation of business plan and department projects as assigned.
Supports the facilitation of consultation meetings, interviews, and group discussions by providing subject matter expertise and facilitation assistance as required.
Supports the development of organizational business cases and thought papers by working collaboratively to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborates with the Marketing& Community team by providing direct marketing data support for initiatives and campaigns.
Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate CRM solutions.
Maintains a database of member data as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for member insights; recommends data management plans, strategies, and improvements for data and analytics tools within the department to ensure data consistency, alignment, and governance.
Ensures that the use of data collected for research purposes complies with privacy legislation and internal policies.
Remains current on best practices, legislations, regulations, policies and procedures.
Acts as a resource for the organization, including providing research, analysis and recommendations beyond own area of specialization.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
6 - 8 years’ experience in analytics, consulting, or project management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or mathematics.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
