Job title: Bilingual Operations Officer III
Duration: Jun. 29/26 to Dec. 28/26
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Location: Hybrid Mississauga; 4 days onsite
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Role Overview As a Bilingual Operations Officer III, you’ll be supporting banking clients in managing their finances, reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements, and processing them if accurate or following up when needed.

Your Day-to-Day:
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Supporting banking clients in managing their finances, reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements, and processing them if accurate or following up when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
MUST HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Fully bilingual in English and French- written and verbal
2.)5 years of banking experience is required
2.) Prior experience in an SLA based role
3.) Microsoft 365 proficiency- Excel, Outlook, and Word
4.) Comfortable using AI technology
