Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two offices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently, supporting our team and enhancing productivity. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We would also require our office manager to help with our social media and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Oversee administrative functions including filing, record-keeping, and document management.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Maintain and operate phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure proper payroll processing and maintain employee records accurately.
- Develop and implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s digital marketing strategies across various platforms
Skills
- Strong vendor management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent clerical abilities.
- Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight.
- Knowledge of phone systems and effective phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle payroll functions accurately and confidentially.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
- Understanding of social media trends, content creation, and data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Experience with design with Canva for social media / marketing designs is an asset.
