POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Rental Coordinator to join our Burnaby team.
This position plays a key role in supporting our service department by coordinating customer requests, managing rental equipment, preparing documentation, and acting as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, vendors, and manufacturers.
The successful candidate will work closely with our service technicians to ensure service and rental activities are coordinated efficiently, customers receive timely updates, and equipment is processed accurately throughout the service cycle.
The primary focus of this position is service coordination, customer communication, rental management, and administrative support for our technical service team. While the role includes some shipping, receiving, and inventory control responsibilities, these duties represent a small portion of the overall position and can be readily learned through on-the-job training.
This is not a traditional receptionist, administrative assistant, or warehouse position. The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating customer service requests, rental equipment, repair activities, warranty claims, and communication between customers, vendors, and our technical service team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service & Rental Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and rental inquiries
- Coordinate rental equipment bookings and equipment availability
- Prepare rental agreements, service documentation, quotations, and related administrative paperwork
- Coordinate service, calibration, maintenance, and repair activities
- Monitor active service and rental files and provide timely updates to customers
- Coordinate warranty repairs and service requests with manufacturers and third-party vendors
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service activities
- Maintain accurate customer, rental, and service records within company systems
Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
