If you are a hard, independent, hands on type of worker, with a minimum of 3 years experience with installation of interlock apply today! Valid drivers license and clean CVOR or equivalent is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a DZ class license and/or heavy equipment experience. Wage offered will range from $21-36/hr depending on experience and skill level of candidate. Employees are also given the option to perform snow removal duties during the winter months.
Responsibilities may include: Read and interpret work orders and plans, measure and mark guidelines and prepare materials. Loading and unloading trucks. Lay out blocks correctly depending on the project: patios, stairs, walls, etc. Operate necessary equipment as per experience such as backhoe, front end loader, gravel or dump truck, small engine equipment, chainsaws, and hand tools, power and manual wheelbarrows. Perform landscaping tasks such as wheelbarrowing, raking gravel/soil, cleaning blocks for reinstallation, moving blocks, gravel, soil, etc. Jobsite clean up, Customer service: direct customers to the job site foreman. Work with the job site foreman to ensure customers needs are met.
Requirements: 3 year interlock installation with preference given to heavy equipment operation experience. Leadership capabilities Strong work ethic Good attitude Experience with labor intensive jobs an asset Ability to work long hours Ability to regularly lift and move up to 100lbs, valid G-class license and clean CVOR, must have own transportation.
