Onsite Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet Customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Verify customer identity and order details before releasing products
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to confirm order status
Handle paperwork related to pick-ups uncluding signatures, receipts, and any other required documentation
Troubleshoot order issues, such as delays or missing items, and escalate as needed
Maintain an organized and clean counter area
Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
Answer customer inquiries related to order status, pickups, or general service questions
Assist with returns or exchanges following company policy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Exceptional attention to detail
Handle stressful situations with professionalism and interact with various levels of management
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Computer skills of all Microsoft Suites
Strong organizational skills
Able to work in a cross-functional team environment or independently
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent, Customer Service, Office Administration or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
