JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be joining Lenmark as part of our warehouse team. A Shipper/Receiver's primary role is to ensure orders and trucks are being processed and dealt with in a timely manner. They support the warehouse by assigning tasks, managing paperwork, booking trucks, and ensuring organization around equipment coming in and out. A Shipper/Receiver's responsibilities are:
- Shipping and receiving inventory.
- Operating forklifts, picking and packing orders, loading trucks - as applicable.
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager with paperwork.
- Working with the pick/fulfillment list to prepare and ship orders in a timely fashion. This includes:
- Handling paperwork
- Assigning pick tickets
- Organizing orders and ensuring they are leaving the warehouse
- Entering information into NetSuite
- Booking trucks
- Taking pictures of loads and documenting incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Working with the Sales team to ship orders and communicate with customers. This includes:
- Booking trucks
- Communicating with customers when their order will be arriving
- Ensuring good communication with the trucking companies
- Following up with customers upon delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and upselling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
