Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Finance Administrator to join our finance team. Duties
- Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
- Support budgeting activities by preparing financial reports and forecasts
- Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
- Continuously improve financial procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis is required
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is preferred
- Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields is advantageous
