Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care within a private practice clinic that provides assessment and treatment to children, adolescents and adult presenting with a variety of mental health diagnoses and concerns
The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with psychologists and other mental health practitioners to provide compassionate interdisciplinary care to patients presenting with eating disorders and other mental health concerns
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
- Provide medical monitoring for patients being treated for eating disorders.
- Provide medication consultation and prescription of psychotroptic medications as indicated
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice in Ontario
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of mental health and mental health diagnoses
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a mental health team

Pay: $150.00-$175.00 per hour
