Duties
- Safely operate vehicles across designated routes
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain optimal safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
Experience
- Proven experience in driving with a valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type assigned (G license or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability in moving items safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to moving equipment, and vehicle operation
