Your Contribution

Reporting to the Director of Consulting Services, the CRM Consultant acts as an expert for the CRM solution. You will ensure smooth progress of the CRM team’s projects and be actively involved in the various stages of the implementation cycle, from the needs analysis with the customers, to the customization and configuration of solutions as well as user training.

Job Description

Ensure a smooth progress of the CRM team’s projects
Meet with clients to analyze and understand their needs
Document the client’s needs
Meet with the development team to provide the required information
Work with the Director of Consulting Services to manage several implementation projects simultaneously
Assist in the conversion, migration and validation of data
Train clients on their solutions
Actively participate in the resolution of technical problems and in determining the best solutions
Provide Tier 3 support
Demonstrate the solutions

Professional Experience and Qualifications

Baccalaureate in Commerce, Information Technology or related field
1 to 5 years of consulting experience for CRM solution implementation
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
Fluent in oral and written in French and English
  • This position requires travel, you must have a valid driver’s licence and have access to an automobile.
