Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Coordinators to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This role involves supporting billing, payroll, and administrative functions within a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting and human resources software, with a keen eye for accuracy and data management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in payroll processing, account reconciliation, and administrative support while gaining exposure to industry-standard systems such as Workday, QuickBooks, HRIS platforms, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and bookkeeping practices.
Duties
- Assist with data entry related to payroll, billing, and accounts receivable/payable processes using various accounting software.
- Support payroll administration by processing employee hours and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
- Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or Kronos.
- Manage billing procedures including invoicing and accounts receivable tracking.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding documentation and employee record management.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure timely processing of payroll and billing activities.
- Assist in generating reports and analysis related to payroll, accounting, or HR data for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms; experience with Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll and financial records.
- Knowledge of human resources systems and payroll processing procedures.
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes and bookkeeping practices.
- Analytical skills for report generation and account reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience or coursework in accounting or human resources is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $44,890.96-$55,321.69 per year
