Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- 2+ years of Shipping / Warehouse experience
- Experience in Shipping, Order Picking & Truck Loading
- Leadership or Team Lead experience is a strong asset
We're looking for an experienced Shipper / Shipping Team Lead to join our growing warehouse team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll operate forklifts, load trailers, prepare shipments, support inventory, and help lead the night shift team.
Experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, freezer warehouse, distribution, or logistics is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the night shift shipping team
- Operate Counterbalance & Raymond Reach forklifts
- Pick, stage and load customer orders
- Load and unload trailers safely
- Verify shipments and shipping documents
- Complete inventory transactions using WMS/ERP
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Work safely in a freezer environment (up to -20°C)
- Follow GMP, Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
- Assist Receiving when required
Requirements
- Previous Shipping, Shipper/Receiver or Shipping Lead experience
- Valid Counterbalance & Raymond Reach licences (Required)
- Comfortable operating forklifts throughout the shift
- Experience with shipping paperwork and inventory
- WMS or ERP experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in freezer/cold storage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation for night shift
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
