Accounts Receivable Administrator
A champion of best practices in all things AR, will see this mandate for what it really is: a unique opportunity to lead by example and ensure CBI Health Group’s Outpatient Rehabilitation business of the Greater Toronto Area has the systems and structures in place to support service delivery excellence. Reporting directly into the Regional Manager of Operations, you will train, motivate and support clinic administrators, on Accounts Receivables best practice, to optimize and facilitate consistency in existing operations. As the go-to person in all areas of the regions Accounts Receivable Administration, you will mentor and support administrators in creating a culture that embodies CBI Health Group values, as you go about establishing and maintaining consistent systems and structures aligned with best practices, and drive and standardized reporting. We will count on you, as an Accounts Receivable Expert, to lead and manage sponsored A/R over 150 days, identify and optimize opportunities for improvement, and develop an integrated regional strategy of innovative processes, procedures and protocols that support compliance in all areas.

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will:
Be the subject matter expert on assigned customers and related collections.
Work with others on a team as well as contact customers directly in order to collect outstanding amounts.
Month end procedures including general ledger account reconciliations.
Work with various stakeholders within CBI Health Group to resolve customer issues.
Have a critical eye with the ability to determine if the information presented is accurate and strive to find the correct data.
Other duties as assigned
Accounts receivable including issuing invoices and collections
Maintaining filing system
Provide administrative support
Collect and analyze data to identify trends (provincial vs regional) and opportunities for improvement
Engage Clinic Administrators and Clinic Managers, as required, to promote alignment with best practices on AR.

To take on the role of the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you must:

Accounting certificate/diploma would be an asset
Have excellent computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Have strong aptitude for details and accuracy.
Display excellent time management and planning skills.
Be adaptable to changing environments.
Have track record of success as an administrator, with proven experience in AR and managing deliverables to meet goals within timelines.
Combine interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills with a customer service focus.
Be self-directed, flexible and goal-oriented, comfortable operating in a team environment.
Be able to communicate with all stakeholders and share best practices.
Have a minimum of 2 years previous related experience.
