Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our processing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment and production processes operate smoothly, meeting quality standards and production targets. The Production Supervisor will supervise and manage production teams and all production activities.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate production teams
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Train and lead production staff
- Manage and enforce Health and Safety Program
- Schedule production, manage inventory, perform basic equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with management to optimize production processes and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to maintain and understand equipment operation
- Proficient in basic math for production reporting and inventory management
- Forklift operation experience
- Communication and computer skills
