Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management and hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff, conducting training & development sessions, and managing teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and kitchen management procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
