Commercial Cleaning Technician

About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team for daytime weekday shifts in Sparwood, BC.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining properties to a high standard, working independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values flexibility.
What you'll do
- Perform general cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, etc.)
- Complete job checklists and review work via our company mobile app
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned sites
- Communicate professionally with team and management as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Smartphone required to access company app and complete digital checklists
- Ability to follow scheduled work times and complete tasks within assigned time windows
- Must be able to pass a security background check
- Must provide 2 professional references
