Hummingbird Pub and Restaurant is a small business in Galiano Island, BC V0N 1P0. We are fast-paced, fun, customer-centric and our goal is to acquire upbeat staff, for our upcoming tourist season on the southern gulf islands, in beautiful British Columbia! .

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time bartenders to work at our bar, a beloved local establishment known for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience in the restaurant industry and must be able to multi-task effectively to serve all guests in a timely manner. We look forward to hearing from applicants with strong communication skills, a desire to work in a fun environment, and previous alcohol industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mixed drinks that use fresh fruit, fresh juice, and fresh herbs.
- Create signature drinks; and make nonalcoholic beverages.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all bar areas including bar tops, glass racks, garnish trays, and garnishes.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly manner when taking orders for food and beverages.
Job Types: Seasonal, Full-time
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
