JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Inventory associate to support our quality assurance team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures applicable standard operating procedures and GMP are followed for all activities
- Assist in the preparation and handling of raw materials needed for batching operations.
- Help in the measuring, mixing, and transferring of materials as per production specifications.
- Weigh product totes after production and record the results in the system and/or logbooks
- Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching equipment and work areas based on established standard operating procedures
- Assist in keeping accurate records of batch production and material usage.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support company objectives
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a GMP environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and mixing materials.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Forklift License
