We are seeking a skilled Compressor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting compressor systems and related equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical background, electrical knowledge, and proficiency with various tools. The Compressor Technician will ensure optimal operation of equipment, support customer needs, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on compressor systems and associated machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams to diagnose problems
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new compressor units
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client consultations or product demonstrations
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with compressors or similar industrial equipment
- Strong electrical experience related to motor controls, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting would be an asset.
- Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and schematics interpretation
- Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns
- Must have clean MVR and the ability to travel to the USA.
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
