We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting talent acquisition efforts across various departments by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and utilize social media management tools to identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn
- Manage candidate pipelines by leveraging ATS systems and engaging in lead generation activities to build a robust talent pool.
- Perform cold calling and relationship management to establish connections with passive candidates and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Assist in campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating events and outreach programs aimed at attracting emerging talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with familiarity using ATS systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of technical recruiting practices including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
