About the Company:
Pioneer Window & Door Mfg. is a mid-sized, Winnipeg based business that provides product and service to the immediate area for all commercial and residential glass, window, and door needs. This growing company is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has experience working with creating quotes. They have a working knowledge of construction, residential windows and doors, commercial windows and doors, installation practices, and materials. If you do not have these things, we are happy to train.
Applicants with office, order desk, lumber yard, construction, or admin experience are also good candidates.
Compensation:
This job is commission, with a base salary to start. It can be structured as employment based or independent consultant based. Leads are provided and all marketing is done by the company.

Duties may include:
- Intercepting customers (in person, phone, email)
- Providing quotes using window/door software
