What We're Looking For
Success in this role comes from consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.
You will work closely with our experienced Finisher, assisting with preparation, organization, and maintaining department standards. We are looking for someone who understands that quality finishing starts long before the finish is applied.
That means paying attention to the details—how parts are sanded, how materials are organized, how carts are prepared, how masking is completed, and how the work area is maintained. Small details matter, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and consistently.
The ideal candidate is coachable, dependable, and willing to follow established systems and instructions. This is a support role focused on helping the finishing department operate efficiently while maintaining quality standards throughout the shop.
