Why is this role important?
We are looking for a talented, passionate Assistant Manager who is recognized for providing excellent customer service and an exceptional shopping experience to our customers that will totally enchant them! As an assistant manager, your contribution will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction, as you will be called upon to keep the sales counters stocked with merchandise in an attractive manner; check the quantity and quality of the goods; package and stamp the prices on the merchandise; rotate products; ensure the order and cleanliness of the department; provide high quality customer service; see to perform his work according to the standards and policies of Provigo and perform any other task required by the position and / or his superior. The assistant manager is called upon to supervise the staff and assign them tasks, to support the manager of the department in the performance of his duties both at the administrative and operational level.
