The Position:
We are dedicated to building a team of high-performing individuals. We are looking for individuals to join our team in the role of Client Relationship Manager. This position is similar to that of a call-center agent. We are looking for individuals who have a proven ability to go above and beyond in order to excel in their position and drive value for a business. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, can handle 100+ calls per day, and can provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
We’re looking to add multiple Client Relationship Managers (sales staff) to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the CRM/DTC Specialist is responsible for 1) Making outbound calls to identify individuals who meet the criteria and 2) sending and collecting completed onboarding forms required in order for us to move forward with their claim. Some of the key activities involved in this role are:
- Answering phones and making outbound calls
- Onboarding new clients based on qualification criteria
- Following up on new customer leads via phone, text, and email
- Following up on e-documents sent to prospective clients
- Effectively moving clients through each step of the DTC process
- Striving to beat daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Location: This is an in-office position. Swift Disability Services is based in Port Moody, BC. Our offices are located on Murray St. directly across from beautiful Rocky Point and surrounded by craft breweries. We are in close proximity to the sky train and the West Coast Express.
