Position: Documentation and Training Administrative Coordinator

Location: St. Augustine-de-Desmaures, QC

Reports To: Regional Manager

Salaried Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide a coordination of Responsible Care activities for Water Chemical Business. This role will provide training support to the Water Chemical Training team developing documentation in both French and English.


Organizing, updating, archiving, and managing the control documentation system in DMS for sites documents.
Populating, verifying and following through on actions items and parent documents such as, but not limited to, incident reports and management of changes in the IMS system.
Updating, including managing the updating process itself, for controlled procedures for the sites under his or her responsibility.
Translating documents from English to French (or the other around as per need).
Creating or revising other EHS related documentation such as but not limited to JSA, MOC, ECP, MSDS, etc.
Working closely with Regional Manager to provide support on reports.
Helping in the creation of training presentations for the Water Chemical training team
Ad/hoc projects as required.


Fluent in English and French
Strong in English and French written skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, word and excel.
Ability to communicate well with others and present with large groups
Basic knowledge bookkeeping skills such as invoicing
