About the role:
As a Support Analyst, you will provide support to Pethealth’s business users as it pertains to payment processing issues and errors. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues on the first call with internal customer such as business-unit owners, end-users, and our internal Information Technology team. You will establish issue prioritization and escalation and knowledge transfer by communicating proactively.

You understand that application issues can be frustrating, and you work swiftly to provide solutions to your internal customers. You work efficient and effectively, take stressful situations or emergencies in stride, and are proactive whenever possible.

Your qualifications, simply stated:
  • Post-secondary education in Technology, Business, and/or Computer Science.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of the operating principles and fundamental concepts of data communication.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal, customer service and problem solving skills in order to listen to, train and assist users in identifying needs and resolving problems, often involving conveying technical information to non-technical users.
  • Positive attitude, highly self-motivated and goal-orientated
  • Solid time management skills; an ability to work with minimal supervision
