Our welcoming physiotherapy clinic in beautiful Niagara Falls is looking for a friendly and organized Office Administration Team Member to join us part-time!

Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and administrative paperwork
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Keeping the reception and office areas organized and professional
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Previous office or reception experience preferred
- Experience in a medical or physiotherapy setting is an asset, but not required
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
