Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues in agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on farm machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assemble new equipment and perform quality checks to meet safety standards.
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment operation skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure timely service and support for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment and farm machinery.
- Experience in industrial equipment repair or maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and heavy equipment operation techniques.
- Ability to operate cranes and other lifting devices safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
