We’re Hiring: Front of House (FOH) Team Members (No Summer ONLY!)
We are seeking polished, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our Front of House team in a refined dining environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Positions Available(Smart Serve certification required):
- Server
- Runner
- Busser
- Bartender
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service to all guests
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food, wine, and beverage pairings
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order taking and delivery
- Present food and beverages with proper etiquette and timing
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a high level of discretion
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining room at all times
- Reset and prepare tables in accordance with fine dining standards
- Support seamless communication between front and back of house teams
- Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
