Duties: - Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries - Oversee human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes - Provide team management support by assisting in scheduling meetings, coordinating team events, and facilitating communication - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Ensure efficient operation of phone systems and other office equipment - Uphold organizational standards by implementing and improving office policies and procedures Skills: - Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in using office software and phone systems - Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be proficient in Quickbooks, AR/AP and credit card reconciliation.
