Duties

- Develop strategic sales plans leveraging market analysis and industry insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client success and identify upselling opportunities
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in complex sales situations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in civil or mechanical field is an asset.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans
- Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to B2B environments is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
