RDA Wanted
Calgary, AB | Locally owned, growing dental group | $25–$35/hr based on experience
We're a locally owned dental group with multiple locations and another opening this fall. We're looking for an RDA who wants to grow with us as we build and strengthen our clinical systems across our practices.
New grads are welcome to apply. You don't need years of experience — we're looking for someone who is organized, takes initiative, learns quickly, and wants to become an excellent assistant.
This isn't a "follow the checklist" role. We want someone who pays attention to what needs to be done and takes ownership of the details: inventory and ordering, sterilization workflows, operatory setup, patient handoffs, and maintaining consistent clinical standards.
As we grow, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, help train new assistants, and grow into a key role within the team.

- Are a new grad or an experienced RDA looking for a great team to grow with
- Are organized and take pride in keeping things running smoothly

- Communicate confidently and kindly with patients
- Are comfortable learning new systems and taking feedback
- Have a strong attention to detail and care about doing things properly
- Experience with Dentrix is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
Hours:
- Monday: 9–4
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 12–7
- Thursday & Friday: 8–3
- 1–2 Saturdays/month: 8–3
